Description

UChicago Card / Campus Card Pickup

Faculty, staff, students, temporary staff and contractors needing building access on campus can make an appointment below to be issued either a UChicago Card or a Campus Card.  

You must present a current, govenment-issued photo ID to receive a card.
 

Photo Upload

We encourage all UChicago faculty, students, and staff to submit a photo for their UChicago Card at least 15 minutes before their appointment at https://myphoto.uchicago.edu/.  If you're receiving a Campus Card or prefer not to upload a photo, no worries.  We're happy to take your picture in the office when you stop by for your card.
